Step into spring with a morning of self-care, creativity, and connection at our Spring Equinox Mini Retreat. In collaboration with Chiara Favaretti (@favarettichiara), we’re offering two grounding sessions designed to help you reset, realign, and welcome the energy of the new season.
🌿 Yoga of Meridians (10:00 - 11:00) | £15
Start your morning with a Yoga of Meridians
session, guided by Chiara. This gentle yet powerful practice works
with the body’s energy pathways, helping you feel balanced,
restored, and ready for the season ahead. Open to all
levels.

☕ Break (11:00 - 11:30)
If you’re joining us for both sessions, enjoy complimentary
tea, coffee, and biscuits in the garden while we reset the
space for collage. A chance to soak in the morning’s energy and
connect with others.

Settle into a relaxed creative flow with a mindful collage
session, using vintage magazines, books, and curated text
fragments to create an intuitive artwork that reflects your mood
and intentions for the season. No experience needed, just a
willingness to explore.
We’ll close the session with a 15-minute guided meditation, offering a moment of stillness and reflection to ground yourself before stepping back into the world.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
